Yang paling laris Nastar, sagu keju, kastengels dan putri salju ini resepnya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Kaastengels&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;2 kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;200 gr butter&lt;br /&gt;150 gr margarin&lt;br /&gt;200 gr keju edam&lt;br /&gt;50 gr keju chedar parut untuk toping&lt;br /&gt;550 gr terigu&lt;br /&gt;2 kuning telur untuk olesan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;Kocok butter, margarin, kuninf telur, susu bubuk hingga lembut, masukkan keju edam parut campur dengan spatula. Masukkan tepung terigu aduk lagi dengan spatula atau sendok kayu.&lt;br /&gt;Tipiskan lalu cetak persegi panjang atau oval panjang boleh aja sesuai selera. Olesi permukaannya dengan kuning telur dan taburi dengan keju chedar parut. Panggang dalam oven hingga pmatang. Telur, gula, terigu, maizena, susu bubuk, emulsifier kocok sampai kental&lt;br /&gt;2. Kalau resep di bawah ini sudah aku modif, sesuai dengan seleraku.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;500 gr terigu&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;6 butir telur&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;300 gr gula pasir&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 sdt ragi instan&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 sdt baking powder&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;400 ml santan (kalau aku pakai sun kara segitiga 2 buah tambah air)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;100 gr mentega dicairka (1 sdm mentega diganti dengan 1 sdm room butter)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sedikit garam&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Keju chedar/ coklat blok untuk toppingnya&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 sdm susu bubuk&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kocok telur dan gula sampai mengembang, ragi instan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Secara bergantian masukkan terigu dan santan aduk rata, tambahkankan soda kue, garam dan mentega cair.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Diamkan anta 30menit sampai 1 jam.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bila sudah mengembang siap dicetak.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Panaskan cetakan pukis dengan api kecil, tunggu sampai panas tuang adonan, jangan terlalu penuh cukup 3/4 bagian saja. Saya tambahin mentega cair ini selain memergurih rasa kuenya juga bisa mencegah kue terbelah.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kalau ingin menjadikan bolu kukus pelangi, bagi empat adonan, 1 dibiarkan putih, lainnya diberi pasta coklat, pasta pandan dan pewarna merah muda.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Siapkan kukusan didihkan airnya dulu dan bungkus tutupnya . Siapkan loyang ukuran 20X20 pertama tuang adonan hijau kukus kurang lebih 10 menit, tambahkan adonan putih kukus lagi 10 menit, tambahkan adonan merah muda kukus lagi 10 menit, terakhir masukkan adonan coklat kukus sampai matang.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Untuk bolu zebra, bagi adonan menjadi dua, satu bagian biarkan tetap putih dan yang lain beri pasta coklat. Tuangkan ke dalam loyang bulat, tuangklan tepat ditengah loyang pertama putih, timpa dengan adonan coklat selanjutnya bergantian sampai adonan habis. Kita bisa berkreasi sesuka hati, mau dicoret2 seperti motif batik bisa, mau diberi warna lain satu sisi, sehingga bila digulung tengahnya lain warnanya juga bisa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kalau mau digulung biasa, begitu matang cepat dilepas dari loyang letakkan di kertas roti. bagian dasarnya olesi dengan selai ataupun cream (kalau pakai cream tunggu agak dingin dulu, supaya cream tidak leleh) sesuai selera. Lalu gulung dan padatkan. Setelah dingin potong2 (biasanya untuk loyang ini bisa jadi 16 potong. banyak bukan? (sayang saya belum punya foto berbagai bolu gulung, kalau pas pesanan banyak gak kepikir untuk foto2 sih, lain kali kususulin ya, kalau perlu step-by steplah biar puas.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kalu ingin bolugulung hias mini, 1 loyang tadi dibagi 3, oles selai baru satu persatu digulung. Potong2 hias sesuka hati.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Gimana mudah dan murah bukan, nggak usah pakai kuning telur banyak2 nanti kolesterolnya naik.&lt;br /&gt;Membuat bolu gulung memang gampang2 susah, kalau terlalu kering akan pecah bila digulung, tapi kalau atasnya kurang kering akan lengket dan mengelupas kulitnya, nggak cantik lagi nanti bolgulnya. Dimakannya dengan sambel botol aduh enaknya....... masih anget lagi, krispi lo. Ini resepnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kulit:&lt;br /&gt;500 gr  tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;250 gr margarin&lt;br /&gt;2 kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;100 ml air es&lt;br /&gt;sedikit garam&lt;br /&gt;2 kuning telur untuk olesan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Isi&lt;br /&gt;500 gr wortel potong kotak (serut jg boleh)&lt;br /&gt;250 gr daging sapi (ayam juga boleh0&lt;br /&gt;daun sledri&lt;br /&gt;5 butir bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;merica, pala, garam, gula&lt;br /&gt;2 Telur rebus potong kecil2 9kalau senang bisa pakai telur puyuh&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat isi seperti isi pastel biasa, sudah pinter semua kan?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Terigu dicampur dengan mentega (bisa juga dimasukkan ke food processor), tambah garam sedikit, masukin kuning telur dan air es sedikit demi sedikit campur sampai menjadi adonan yang bisa dipulung ( seperti bikin kulit pie).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tipiskan, cetak bulat2 pakai tutup gelas juga bisa, beri isian 1 sendok makan, tambah irisan telur, lipat dua seperti pastel, pinggirnya ditekan dengan garpu. Kalau membuatnya agak banyak bisa juga digiling dengan gilingan pastel, tapi jang yang terlalu tipis. Air dan margarin dididihkan sambil diaduk hingga margarin larut, matikan kompor masukkan terigu, aduk sampai rata, masak sebentar supaya terigu matang. Setelah agak dingin, masukkan telur satu persatu sambil dimikser atau diaduk aja dengan centong.&lt;br /&gt;Cetak dengan menggunakan spuit bintang atau taruh aja di loyang kue kering 1 sendok makan.&lt;br /&gt;Panasi dulu oven baru masukkan loyangnya, jangan diintip-intip nanti kue susnya malas mekar karena malu diintipin dia akan mengkerut.&lt;br /&gt;1 resep ini bisa jadi banyak lo, kalau mungil bisa 25 buah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Isi Vla:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;500 ml susu&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;25 gr terigu&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;25 gr maizena&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;25 gr custart powder  (kalau nggak ada tambahin aja terigunya 25 gr lagi +1 kuning telur)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;margarin or butter 1sendok makan&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kalau mau vla coklat tambahin aja coklat bubuk 1 sendok makan atau susu nya pakai yg coklat.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Gula pasir 75-100 gr (sesuai selera aja)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Caranya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ambil sedikit susu untuk melarutkan tepung2nya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Didihkan sisa susu tambah gula aduk2 setelah mendidih masukkan larutan tepung tadi, aduk terus sampai masak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;terkhir masukkan mentega/butter, siap diisikan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Penyelesaian:&lt;br /&gt;Isi kulit sus dengan vla, kalau ingin lebih yummy beri atasnya dengan coklat leleh dan hias dengan cherry. Ini resepnya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kulit:&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;100 gr mentega&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;150 gr terigu&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;300 ml air&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4-5 btr telur (tergantung besarnya)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;Seperti membuat kulit sus pada umumnya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Air dan mentega dimasak hingga mendidih, masukkan terigu sambil diaduk - aduk, masak sebentar. sisihkan&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Setelah agak dingin masukkan telur satu persatu aduk rata boleh pakai centong ataupun menggunakan mikser supaya lebih smooth. Siap dicetak.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Untuk isi:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pisang raja yang sudah masak sekali dikukus lalu dihaluskan, kalau kurang manis bisa ditambah sedikit gula pasir&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Penyelesaian:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Siapkan loyang kue kering, masukkan adonan sus kedalam piping bag yang sudah diberi spuit bintang. Spuit memanjang 3 jalur berdempetan (untuk alasnya), tata pisang diatasnya tutup lagi dengan adonan.
